All products sold by VILLBULL BRAND SL have a 2-year warranty in accordance with current legislation.

OFFER AND VALIDITY

For products on sale, the discount will be indicated in the price, as well as the offer's validity period. VILLBULL BRAND SL reserves the right to withdraw the offer, restock, or change products sold through the website by simply updating its content. The products displayed on the website are governed at all times by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that the company reserves the right to restrict access to products at any time and without prior notice.

PRICES

The prices of all our products sold through our website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other taxes, such as IGIC or IPSI, apply, they will be clearly indicated.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Shipping costs are limited to €3.95 within mainland Spain (excluding Portugal) and Andorra. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the cost is €6.95, and for the Canary Islands, it is €9.95. Shipping to Portugal also costs €6.95. International shipments will have a variable cost depending on the destination, which will be clearly indicated when the customer enters the delivery address.

For orders over €75 delivered within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipping is free. For international orders, the minimum order for free shipping is €100.

VILLBULL BRAND SL reserves the right to modify the shipping cost and the limit for free shipping without prior notice, but will always inform of these changes before each purchase.

VILLBULL BRAND SL commits to delivering orders within 48-72 hours in Spain (9-10 days for the Canary Islands). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery times, if the product is out of stock at the time of purchase, or if any other circumstance affects delivery times, VILLBULL BRAND SL will notify you immediately by email. If the product cannot be delivered, you will have the option of exchanging it for another product from the store or requesting a refund of the amount paid for the canceled order within 30 days of the order date.

RETURNS

Returns must comply with the requirements in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

The customer agrees to return the product in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the right to return the product is valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the product and verifying that it has arrived in perfect condition and is not defective. If the product arrives damaged, VILLBULL BRAND SL reserves the right to withhold the refund in order to compensate for any damages caused by the customer's negligence.

If the product has arrived defective to the customer, the customer may return the product at no additional cost and the same product will be delivered.

PAYMENT METHODS

The VILLBULL BRAND SL website uses the STRIPE payment gateway to process payments. Furthermore, all transactions involving the transmission of personal and/or banking data are conducted in a secure environment on a server using the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you provide is encrypted during transmission through the website.

All bank details are entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are neither entered nor stored on any VILLBULL BRAND SL server

Please note that to process your payment, we will only require your VISA or MASTERCARD number, cardholder's name, expiration date, and CCV code. We will never ask for any additional banking information.

You can cancel the charge on your account if the amount charged was fraudulent. If the customer rejects a charge for a purchase that was actually made, and the return is not due to exercising the right of withdrawal, and therefore the account holder improperly demanded the cancellation of the charge, they will be liable to VILLBULL BRAND SL for compensation for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between VILLBULL BRAND SL and the customer, in accordance with current legislation, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction under applicable Spanish law.
