EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To make an exchange or a return, you have up to 30 days from the date the order is confirmed.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for any exchanges or returns, so you will need to arrange the return yourself. But don't worry, we'll provide you with all the necessary instructions to make the process easier. You can request an exchange or return through our online form.

1. RETURNS:

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the order confirmation date. To process the return, please follow the instructions we will send you by email.

Please note that we will not accept the return of the product if any of the following occur:

  • The product arrives in poor condition or in worse condition than when it was sent (stains or breaks, for example)
  • The product arrives without the original label.
  • In case the product is used
  • More than 30 days have passed since the order confirmation date
  • Underwear (including socks) cannot be returned for personal hygiene reasons.
2. CHANGES:

If you wish to exchange the product, you have up to 30 days from the order confirmation date to do so. To make the exchange, you must follow the instructions in the email.

For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to our logistics center, but we will not charge them for the shipping costs of the new garment.

If the exchange is due to a damaged product, please email us photos of the item, including your order number, so we can investigate. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our logistics center. Once we have investigated the issue and confirmed that the problem originated with VILLBULL, we will send you the replacement product and refund your original shipping costs.

3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • As we mentioned previously, underwear is not covered by our exchange and return policy.
