EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Can I return an order?

If you receive the product and need to return it for any reason, please read the answer to the following question, which provides instructions on how to process the return.

What should I do if I want to process a refund?

To process a return, you must follow the instructions on the Returns and Exchanges page. There you will find the steps to follow to make any return.

What if I want to make a change?

To make an exchange, the steps are the same as in the previous section. Go to the exchanges and returns page and we'll explain how to do it.

SHIPPING

Do you deliver outside of mainland Spain?

Yes. Our style reaches Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands. So don't worry, we'll make sure your purchase arrives at the indicated destination.

What is the delivery time for the products?

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. However, during peak periods and in areas outside mainland Spain, delivery times may be a few days longer. You can check delivery times on the shipping page.

Once the order has been processed, can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the product has been packaged and handed over to the carrier.

What if the delivery address is incorrect or I want to cancel the order?

Luckily for you, we're fast, but if you manage to beat us to it like Fernando Alonso and contact us before your order is processed, you can make changes or cancel it. To do so, please contact us at villbull@villbull.com

Can I track my order?

Yes, once we have processed, packaged and delivered your order to the transport company, you will receive an email with all the necessary information so you can check the status of your order and the estimated delivery date.

What happens if the delivery person arrives with the order and I'm not home?

Don't worry, a trusted person can pick up your order with your ID to certify that they have your permission to receive the package.

If no one is home, the delivery person will contact you by phone or email to find a solution.

PAYMENTS

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card, debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY) and you can also pay by PayPal.

I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

To redeem your promotional code, we have enabled a section on the payment screen so you can enter the code and take advantage of the discount.

Can I use more than one code at a time?

We're happy to know you're one of the lucky few who has a promo code, but unfortunately, you can't apply two promo codes at the same time.

SHOPPING

Do I need to be registered to buy?

No. You don't need an account to buy.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices include VAT.

Can I add or remove products after making a purchase?

No. Once the purchase has been processed, we can't stop it. But you'll have the option to return the product once you have it in your hands. You might change your mind!

My size is out of stock. What can I do?

Don't worry, if your size is not available, we will restock each product and size if you show our products a lot of love.

I'm unsure about my size. What size should I choose?

To help you choose your size, we've created a size guide which you'll find on each product page, in the "size guide" section. There you'll find all the information about the measurements for each garment.

How do I know my order has been processed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your purchase details.

What if I made the purchase but haven't received the confirmation email?

Although it's very unlikely, sometimes the server can be overloaded and the email may take longer than expected to be sent. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 15-20 minutes of making your payment, please contact us with all the order details at villbull@villbull.com
